Refund Policies: Once Great Outdoors Japan receives written notification that you are canceling your trip the following fees will apply.
• 60+ days before tour start date: 10% cancellation fee
• 31-59 days before tour start date: 25% cancellation fee
• 21-30 days before tour start date: 50% cancellation fee
• 14-20 days before tour start date: 80% cancellation fee
• Less than 14 days: 100% cancellation fee
At request you may be able to change you booking date for a fee of 10,000 JPY. This depends on availability of guides and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Times: The tour will be conducted from 9AM on the requested day unless specified otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Cash, Paypal, Direct transfer.
Price: The following are the current prices of each tour for a group of two participant. Please note that and additional 5000 JPY will be charged per additional participant.

追加料金：2人以上参加する場合、参加者1人あたり5000円が追加されます。
返金ポリシー：グレート・アウトドアーズ・ジャパンが旅行キャンセルの書面通知を受け取った時点で、以下の料金が適用されます。
• ツアー開始日の60日前以上：10％のキャンセル料
• ツアー開始日の31〜59日前：25％のキャンセル料
• ツアー開始日の21〜30日前：50％のキャンセル料
• ツアー開始日の14〜20日前：80％のキャンセル料
• 14日未満：100％のキャンセル料ご要望に応じて、
予約日を変更することができる場合がありますが、その際10,000円の手数料がかかります。ガイドの空き状況によりますので、必ずしも保証されるわけではありません。
配達時間：ツアーはリクエストされた日の午前9時から実施されます。特に指定がない限り。

価格：現在のツアー価格は、参加者2名のグループに対するものです。追加参加者1名につき5000円が追加料金として発生します。
